A UK based, global entrepreneur, sought Caro for Branding Consultation and Mentoring of his internationally located SME clients on best Digital Marketing Practices.
Our involvement included:
– Providing branding consultation for business rebrand
– Mentoring clients on how to launch their small businesses into the digital arena
Results:
This business offers a subscription based Mentoring Program for SME business owners in the Coaching and Consulting industries.
By building a strong brand presence, and offering additional mentoring support via Caro McCourtie’s involvement, saw an increase in conversion and retention of clients who typically last 3 months in a mentoring program. Retention surpassed industry norms, with clients passing the 6 and 12 month membership periods.
