Project Description

The Double O team were part of helping The Challenge continue year on year, from 2005-2010. This was a complimentary online training program, teaching new entrants from around the world the ‘best practices’ for making money online.

The Challenge structure evolved as the internet evolved. 2005 & 2006 focused on a paid traffic model. 2007-2010 focused on an SEO & Social Model.

The Challenge founders were Ed Dale (Aus) & Frank Kern (US) with Frank passing the torch to another leading online marketing, Dan Raine (UK) in 2007.

Student numbers peaked at 50K signups year on year, typically around the 20K mark.

Our involvement included:

– Creating Online Training Videos
– Uploading Online Training Videos to Media Client
– Teaching via Forum platform for students
– Moderator
– Management of Moderator team
– Writing Email marketing copy
– Creating Copy in Training Portal
– Live participation in the training each year as an ‘example’ of ‘how to’
– Data tracking & analysis

Results:

This became a viable business model, spanning over 10 years, for 30DCInc, with The Challenge being their ‘Loss Leader’ to up-sell to additional training programs. Additional Training Programs, which Double O were also part of creating and working with students.
