Caro has over 30 years global marketing experience. Working on major brands for Lion Nathan (NZ), Best Foods (UK), Seagram (NZ), Allied Liquor (NZ). Before moving to the Agency side, working on Kellogg’s brands at JWT (Aus), and then Unilever Foods, Lever Rexona, and Streets for Ogilvy (Aus).

Seeking to help other corporates like herself, Caro completed a 2 year US Executive Coach training qualification. Whilst loving working with senior execs and teams for big companies in Australia, NZ, US, Canada & UK, she was also being referred as a marketing consultant for SME type businesses.

Around the same time, Caro could see that she needed to up-skill in the exploding digital world. Studying under some of the top internet entrepreneurs: Frank Kern, Ed Dale, Dan Raine & Kenny Goodman.

Because of her strong people and communication skills, Caro was invited to be part of their teams, teaching their students about digital marketing, and assisting in their new product launches.

Caro was also enjoying her own success as an entrepreneur, creating global digital businesses from raw idea, right through to launch, and then subsequent sale to a new owner. At the beginning, doing every single step of it herself, growing to the point where she built a specialist team around her.

Because Caro has such a strong professional pedigree and desire to see others succeed, she has helped many businesses develop their digital footprint. With a passion for helping clients launch their own profitable digital online businesses.

In 1998 Caro recognized how isolating it can be as we work our way towards achieving our professional goals. As rational and intelligent as we may be, we still have to deal with the world around us, and the people within that. Both people that report into us, those we report into, our colleagues, customers, and of course ourselves.

Coaching & mentoring has become a more accepted necessity, as observed by Caro who was one of the first ‘off the boat’ and into the waters of Coaching. Caro flew herself up to the US in 1998-2000 to complete her US Coaching accreditation as a certified Executive & Business Coach.

She also served on the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Board in Australia when it first started to expand out globally.

Caro feels strongly and passionately that coaching should not be prescriptive. Instead it is all about the Client, and working with who they are, helping them achieve the goals they want.

The coaching process is about determining your goals, developing strategies towards you achieving them, and then being held accountable to following through. In a way that is uplighting and invigorating for you the client.
