This Australian client sought Double O for a new responsive website. They are a cleaning business for both residential and commercial clients, spanning the CBD and affluent Sydney suburbs.
The wanted a site with merchant capability, for customers to pay online; and for cleaners to be able to communicate with head office via an encrypted area.
Our involvement included:
– Building a customized responsive wordpress site – using existing brand logo and colours
– Identify target keyword phrases for Onpage SEO
– Create copy for the site, mindful of SEO best practice
– Source and purchase images for the site
– Create a merchant feature as per client preferences
– Create a password protected portal for cleaners to access
Results:
This was a smaller budget project, with our lovely client having a very clear desire for it to be ultra pink everywhere, despite our teams’ recommendations for a more modern interpretation.
The client reported the new site solved their two problems around ensuring cleaners were vetted and reliable; and customers paid in a timely manner for their cleaning. Business also increased by 18% after launch of new site.
